SONGWRITING WORKS' VISION is to restore song composition, performance, and collective musical expression
into daily life across the generations. We seek to:

• Give voice to individuals and communities across spectra of age, culture, physical and cognitive ability
• Provide elders and others access to being seen, heard, honored and celebrated in their own words & music
• Create new opportunities for mutually beneficial inter-generational, inter-cultural, and inter-faith exchange
• Bring innovation and interdisciplinary creative collaboration into the fields of arts, healthcare and education
• Raise public awareness of human creative vitality and musical intelligence
• Promote the health and well being of all whom we serve and of the culture-at-large
