What: Music-lovers of all ages and skill levels join together
to practice and explore ways to expand, deepen & instigate
community music-making.
1) Teams of four to ten people will spend an hour each week exploring elements of music: from breath and singing, to melody, rhythm, and movement, to songwriting, improvisation and the brain health and science behind why making music is so good for us.
2) Teams will then bring musical games and exercises to friends and family in their lives, spanning twenty years or more in age whenever possible.
3) Teammates will return the following week to report back, deepen their practice, learn more, & get support.
